Truly finish your quilts by adding a label!

Truly finish your quilts by adding a label!

In today's video,
Linda describes a method that she's used to add a decorative AND informative label to the baby quilt for her new great-granddaughter. She explains that a label on a quilt, with the name and date of the maker, preserves the essence of the moment in time for future generations and truly completes a gift of history, dynasty and heritage! Use the built-in decorative stitches on the Bernina Kaffe 770 Machine or with embroidery use it's built in embroidery fonts to spell out the text. Stitch on a backing, flip, topstitch with more decorative stitches and ... VOILÀ! A quick slip stitch to the back of the quilt and your gift is ready for the generations to come, but especially for a sweet, little grand-daughter now!
ENJOY!
