BEGINNING SEWING CLASS
In this 3-session class (each session is two hours) you’ll get a general
overview of sewing with hands-on demonstrations of the basic tools, techniques & patterns. The classes are geared to new sewing
customers. Class size is small so you’ll be able to work closely with your instructor. And you don’t even need to own a sewing machine!
BEGINNING QUILTING CLASS
Prerequisite: Beginning Sewing class or confident sewer.
You’ll get four 3-hour sessions of quilting instruction. The classes will cover a discussion of fabric selection & color theory, then cover a general overview of quilting with hands-on
demonstrations of the basic tools & techniques, and end with methods to sandwiching, quilting & binding for a finished quilt. These classes are geared toward new quilting customers. The class size is small so you will be able to work closely with your instructor. And, you don’t even need to own a sewing machine!

Now that you’ve “taken to” quilting, this is the PERFECT CLASS TO FURTHER YOUR SKILLS!

Techniques. EXCEL at accurate cutting using Nifty Notions rulers. MASTER “Smart Piecing Techniques” with accurate ¼” seams. OUTSHINE by learning new patterns.

Prerequisite: Beginning Sewing class or confident sewer.
